Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of single-plaintiff employment disputes, including:
- Wage & hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation cases.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Assisting in arbitration and court proceedings.
- Client communication and case strategy development.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, ideally in employment law.
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple cases.
- California bar admission in good standing.
